Beach Skincare Tips: Cleanse, Exfoliate, Hydrate, and Protect
When spending a day at the beach, your skin is exposed to environmental factors like strong UV rays, saltwater, and sand. This exposure can leave your skin feeling dry and sensitive, so a tailored skincare regimen focusing on cleansing, nourishing, and protecting is essential.
Start with a gentle cleanser that effectively removes impurities without stripping your skin's natural oils. A foaming cleanser or micellar water is ideal for removing dirt, sweat, and sunscreen residue, keeping your skin refreshed.
Exfoliate
