Medications will be available for pickup following 1200 hours, two business days later. If patients have questions or concerns, please call the designated pharmacy during business hours to speak with a pharmacy representative.

The addition of the ScriptCenter stand will provide another medication pickup location for recipients, reducing congestion and wait times in the pharmacy area, and allowing medication pickup after the pharmacy has closed.

How Does It Work?
First, you need to complete a one-time registration at a ScriptCenter stand. To do this, scan your military ID card (Common Access Card or Uniformed Services ID Card), enter your date of birth, and create a password and four-digit PIN.
You can also sign in or create an account at ScriptCenter.com. This method is distinct from your ScriptCenter stand account. Once registered, you can link your stand account to manage family pickups, see when prescriptions are ready, update notifications, and more.
To retrieve your medications for the first time, you must have a current prescription number. After creating an account, you can use your fingerprint, ID card, or password along with your four-digit PIN to unlock and collect your prescriptions. This process typically takes less than two minutes.
Recipients can also use TRICARE Online for refill pickups by selecting "ScriptCenter" as their pickup location.
With ScriptCenter, control remains in the hands of the pharmacist. Unlike other automated pharmacy dispensing systems, ScriptCenter products are designed for filled prescriptions. Pharmacists fill and verify prescriptions before placing them into the ScriptCenter system, allowing them to maintain full oversight throughout the delivery process.
