InStep Health Achieves Certification for Pharmacy Network

Pharmacy Network

InStep Health, a Chicago-based healthcare marketing organization that connects pharmaceutical, OTC, and consumer brands with patients, customers, and providers, has achieved independent certification for its in-store Media Display program. This certification confirms compliance with the Point of Care Communication Council's (PoC3) Verification and Validation Guidance.

This seal offers customers additional assurance that their messaging is being effectively communicated. "It was a pleasure working with the BPA team. Their ability to quickly understand our documentation and processes was impressive," said the Vice President of Operations at InStep Health. "InStep Health has consistently complied with rigorous auditing standards, so it's encouraging to know that our detailed processes have been thoroughly reviewed and validated."

BPA performed the InStep Health certification according to PoC3 guidelines, ensuring that a PoC3 media vendor follows Verification and Validation protocols. "We congratulate InStep Health on earning third-party approval of their Point of Care pharmacy network," said BPA's Executive Vice President. "Their organization has made significant investments to secure this certification, and we are pleased to see their commitment to trust and transparency recognized."

Founded in 2002, InStep Health built its pharmacy business on trust and transparency, two cornerstones of this important field. "For many years, our pharmacy Media Display programs have successfully served as a vehicle for our customers to communicate directly with consumers in the aisle during a personal health moment. This validation provides brands further confirmation that their messaging is being seen," stated InStep Health's RPh Senior Vice President of Networks and Analytics.

Continuing the Story

The Point of Care Communication Council was established in 2013 to advocate for the effective use of the point-of-care channel to enhance health outcomes. It aims to ensure that point-of-care remains an essential and innovative component of healthcare marketing while providing a credible measure of industry reach and revenues.
